I got a chance to catch up with Willoughby (Oh.) South High School offensive guard Nik Urban. His last interview stated that Illinois and Duke were his front runners but told me last night WVU is still very much in play. Urban tends to really enjoy his unofficial visits and when he does that school usually makes a big impact, becoming his top school. Right now Urban has been very busy with wrestling and hasn't had a chance to take many more trips but he told me he is planning on making it back to WVU soon and was suppose to talk with coach Crook in the coming days. Illinois will likely get a visit on their spring game April 18th and there is a chance he could make it to WVU's the next weekend.
The interesting thing about Urban is that he has told multiple outlets that he hopes to make a decision before the start of his senior season (late summer) but I was recently told he may make his decision before summer starts. So he could be a name to keep a very close eye on in the coming weeks.
