Good win today,
Tailgating
Not much of a tailgate scene. They had Shaq DJ-ing in front of the stadium which was cool. His first words were “West Virginia will die today” lol. We parked for $40 at a church lot which was really convenient getting in and out. Tons of WVU fans but my son and I headed to the stadium to check it out.
Stadium
Really Cheap feeling Stadium - however good views of the field and plenty of restrooms. Not enough concessions inside and many had issues w their card readers breaking. We sat in section 133 and when their fans jump up and down it really does bounce. Doesn’t feel the safest lol. They have an MC during the game to do events or activities w the students. Sitting their students at opposite ends is a good advantage probably in certain games.. Was a very late arriving crowd and WVU fans were extremely well represented and loud.
UCF fans
Mostly good group of people. After we won many were trying to heckle with the typical “you fck your cousins” stuff lol.. we laughed at them. Their fans felt the refs favored us which it was a strangely officiated game.
UCF team
Looked overmatched in person and their QB really struggled after a nice first drive.
WVU
Ready for this style of play for the rest of the season on offense. Defensively we struggled at times but the turnovers we generated were so nice to have finally!
