2. This appears to be handled very poorly. The most professional communication I've seen is Wren's email to Huggs thanking him and acknowledging his retirement. But after that what a shit show. This stuff doesn't happen in major corporations which is what WVU effectively is. Gee needs to own this as the ultimate leader. You can't do this without checking all the boxes. I mean call BH in and discuss all the 1000 aspects that he has impact on.. from clearing out his office , university laptops and access....I could go on all day. Was this done? Did they sign an agreement?? I mean this is Bob Huggins. People need to be held accountable!
