I think Lathan being out has hurt this defense worse than any other injury we have had. This puts us so thin at linebacker. Cutter, has a bright future and plays hard but just isn’t completely ready yet. Lathan was becoming an all conference type player when the injury happened. Since his injury our defense has not been the same. We need players to step up in a hurry and the coaches need to do a better job and getting them ready.
