Do they even look at what they are doing, or are they just pulling it out of their rear as they go along. I'm pretty sure that isn't the State Department's end game... or at least I hope not.

The text, no problem really, but I don't understand why the DOS needs to put that out there. It should be obvious.

But then the picture seems to contradict the text. Unless their point is that the table is recruitment for ISIS and they only believe in Sharia law?

The message is convoluted, at best.
