OT: Is The Banana ‘Industry’ Completely Undervalued?

The only grocery item to fight inflation (I think). Many products (imo) raised prices…because they could…

The mighty banana… an exceptional fruit…remains relatively inexpensive.

Why?

And the fact that humans peel a banana way more Inefficiently than a monkey is kinda…odd. …but true.
