Olney (Md.) Good Counsel 2024 quarterback Frankie Weaver just received an offer from West Virginia but he told me that he will be on campus for the first prospect camp of the year May 30. He hasn't been talking to the coaches long but he does have a connection with his friend Kaden Prather who has told him a lot about the Mountaineers. The coaching staff likes both his arm talent and intelligence and right now he's keeping all options open.
