My daughter is a UGA grad living and working in Hollywood.
Given all the bitterness from our fan base over current affairs I’d like to share the following.
I have my WVU gear on a bunch. TCU fans to a person always stop and talk to me about Morgantown and WVU. Their opinion of our team, our state and our fans is way better than our own it seems. They have been pretty fun.
UGA fans who I have seen more of because of my daughter also are pretty cool. They have not forgot the Sugar Bowl game and also have a high opinion of WVU. They think we would be agreat fit in SEC… I love that they hate TEXAS with a real passion already.
As is the case I think we are never as bad as we think we are and we continue to be a great brand.
BTW I will be cheering on TCU in a UGA shirt and a WVU hat… and yes it’s weird.
