Himalayan Salt Blocks

Nothing to see. I have Himalayan pink salt that I picked up in Canada this past winter. It's pretty nice.

I'm a bit of a snob, when it comes to salt. I have Fleur de Sel from Brittany, but I'll tell you what. It may just be my Kanawha County roots sticking out, but that Dickenson salt that BCM posted about here is a really wonderful product. Perfect consistency, flavorful without any bitterness. I am a big fan of it.
 
I have one that I've used about 3 times for scallops and some vegetables. But I do plan to use it for some steaks in the next week or so. I'll try to remember to report back.
