File an injunction

Is it out of the realm of possibility that an injunction will be filed regarding the Battle denial?

What are the pros and cons of this?

I am not a lawyer so some knowledge could be provided in this thread as in the next steps that Battle, WVU, and Morrisey can take. I’m guessing something needs to be filed ASAP if that is the route that is going to be taken.
