ESPN+ Really hurts teams particularly West Virginia

Because the state of West Virginia has a lot of area without broadband - a lot of fans are unable to get ESPN+ even if they are willing to payout the EXTRA subscription fee. Not as many fans watch ESPN+ games compared to regular cable channels. ESPN know that and worse the Big 12 knows that. THEREFORE, Big 12 officials should require that Big 12 games on ESPN+ should be divided equally among Big 12 members. Anything else is unacceptable.
