Must agree. The law says no. So give them life without parole in a maximum security prison. They'll be raped and likely killed in there anyway. Let the child rapists be raped in prison.

Death is too easy for them anyway.

Well, anybody who is fluent with the law will tell you that whatever the law is at that point in time that the criminal behavior happens is what you're liable for. It's not retroactive.
