Canning Jalapeno Peppers Recipe

B B Q Peppers

2 Cups vegetable oil
2 Cups sugar
2 small bottles of ketchup
2 Gallons of Jalapeno peppers
1 Pint Vinegar
1 Tablespoon of salt

Slice or chop Jalapenos per your desire. The more seeds you remove the less hot they are. Use gloves when cutting up the Jalapenos. Mix everything together put on the stove. Bring the contents to a full boil and boil for 5-minutes, then put in jars and seal.
