I bought 2 parking spots in "Lot 1", which is a tailgating lot in Charlotte next to Bank of America and in checking the details after the purchase was confirmed, I noticed that they were actually in the Mint Street Parking Garage rather than Lot 1. I'm in the process of getting my money back. One was from Stubhub and the other was from Seatgeek and they both have the same problem.
