The idea is to get the nutrition you need without having to eat the food. But eating the food is the good part, you might say. Yeah, and I doubt people are going to give up food entirely, but what if there was a substitute that was healthy, cheap and quick? Do you want to make and clean up after every single meal you eat in your life, or else pay a lot more for it because you're at a restaurant? Aren't there time when you're hungry and you just want to eat and then continue with whatever you're doing? Sit down meals are great but I don't think we need them every single time we eat.
