I spoke to 16 South Florida recruits today at the Rivals camp and it was amazing the comments they made about WVU's Bilal Marshall. 2-3 are not that high on WVU but Bilal is the one reason they at least have some interest. The others really like WVU and have a great relationship with Bilal. I've been thinking about the great WVU recruiters in the past that had SFL and in terms of relationships he may be at the top.
