I've been talking a lot with 2027 corner Ashton "Ace" Alston. Ace's dad is Dee who played for WVU under Rich Rodriguez. He's already collected over 10 offers, many of which are from P4 schools. I reported his WVU offer back in December.
Ace really likes WVU and his dad remains a big fan. He's visited WVU several times and he's coming back for the 7-on-7 camp this summer with his high school team. WVU's Blaine Stewart is his primary recruiter and he said they have a great relationship.
