I was scrolling through You Tube and watched "The Final Four Podcast" and their interview with Josh Eilert. He gave a lot of information about him getting the job, his assistants, and the process of how he dealt with keeping the players we had as well as recruiting during that time. Also gave his philosophy and goal for the team this year.
The Raspy Voice Kids also had an interview with him on Spotify which was also very good about a week or so ago.
I like what I'm hearing from Josh and am excited to watch the team this year.
