When looking at the following thread you'll notice how I was able to take the OPs message and respond to specific parts of the post. To do this you'll highlight the area you want to respond to and click +Quote. You an do that to different messages in a thread or specific parts of one post. Once you're finished gathering all of those +Quotes you go to the bottom of the thread and look for Insert Quotes under the new post box. Click that and choose Quote These Messages. Now you'll see the those posts or in the box between quote brackets. Respond after each bracket area and you'll be all set.
