It was a lot of one-on-one’s with the head coach and that’s what I loved, because I don’t just want to get to know the assistants. I would love to get to know the head coach and see how they want to do everything, especially if I’m going to be the point guard. He told me his plans and I understood them. It was the communication and the experience there that really set the standard.”
