Could a win over Kansas State put us into the Top 25? 5 straight conference wins would be a great way to finish the regular season.

I don't think enough teams (ranked or getting votes ) play next week where we could make a decent jump... ...especially considering our competition.

A 9-4 Mountaineer football team could be ranked as high as #16 and as low as #23. An 8-5 team gets no consideration in the polls. The thing is that half of all the bowl teams will be finishing their season with a loss.................making room for a bowl winning Mountaineer team.
