2016 6′ 3″ SG Chase Harler (West Virginia) 38 points, 12-20 FG, 11-13 FT

Chase Harler carried Wheeling Central Catholic (WV) to a hard fought win over Archbishop Wood (PA) as he led the way with 25 second half points. Harler did it in a variety of ways scoring the ball efficiently going 12-20 from the field and going 11-13 from the free throw line. Harler did a terrific job conducting the offense for Wheeling Central Catholic making a number of good passes to open teammates and taking the game over in the second half. He scored in every way as he knocked down a handful of three’s and got to the basket at will when he needed. He will be a great four year player at West Virginia who understands his role, plays hard on every possession, and he knows how to fill it up in a variety of ways. Harler now has 1,940 career points as he looks to break 2,000 career points in his next few games.
