RECRUITING UPDATE WVU offers Georgia running back

Hadn't spent a lot of time in Georgia with exception of Atlanta area until we had to spend six days roaming the state after ducking IRMA down in SWF. Surprised at how much it had a WV feel to it. Can see why the Mountaineers could be successful there.
