Usually when you see two-stars that means the prospect hasn't been truly evaluated. He's definitely going to be a three-star soon and his stock is going to take it seems.

Hopefully for West Virginia that is true.
Especially after he hits the camps in the summer.

Recruiting is different all over but I would think West Virginia would want to try to create the image they are pulling in top recruits.
Especially in today's world and how image is more important than substance.
