West Virginia just became the first school to offer a scholarship to Aliquippa (Pa.) 2018 safety Kwantel Raines. He's already 6-foot-3 and from my contacts in the area he had received a lot of praise that he will be the next big time player at Aliquippa. I'm expecting several schools to follow suit.
