MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (September 23, 2018) – The West Virginia University football coaching staff has named its award winners for outstanding performances in the Mountaineers' 35-6 win vs. Kansas State on Saturday, Sept. 22.
Offensive Champion – Colton McKivitz;Defensive Champion – David Long Jr.; Special Teams Champion –Deamonte Lindsay;Offensive Scout Team Champion –Lorenzo Dorr; Defensive Scout Team Champion –Jaelen Gross; Special Teams Scout Team Champion – Henry Cook.

No. 12/12 West Virginia travels to Lubbock, Texas, to face No. 25/RV Texas Tech on Saturday, Sept. 29, at Noon, ET on ESPN2.


West Virginia’s next home game is a Gold Rush against Kansas on Saturday, Oct. 6.
