OKLAHOMA CITY (May 27, 2018) – Juniors Kyle Gray and Darius Hill have been named to the Big 12 All-Tournament Team after they helped lead the West Virginia University baseball team to a semifinal appearance at the 2018 Big 12 Championship.

Hill is recognized on the All-Tournament Team for the second consecutive season, while Gray is honored for the first time. Prior to the start of the championship in Oklahoma City, Gray was named to the All-Big 12 First Team, while Hill was named to the Second Team.

Hill was second in the conference with eight hits and third with five RBIs, both team-high totals, in four games in Oklahoma City. His .444 batting average was eighth-best in the league and second on the team. Hill led the Mountaineers with nine total bases and was second with four runs scored and a .500 slugging percentage.

The championship run included wins over second-seeded and No. 20-ranked Oklahoma State on Wednesday and third-seeded and No. 6-ranked Texas Tech on Friday night.
