Since they've taken a powder and are scared to lace them up.

CBS Sports agrees that the HERD is now the reigning FLAGSHIP, albeit, late to the party, as the coaches have known since 2013.

But they have figured out we can't beat them if they never play us! I guess discretion is the better part of valor!

pretty tough words......especially since your administration and coaches have screwed any chance that you have to play us........if you are The Flagship....and you are 0-12 and 11-33 against a certain team....doesn't that make THEM the flagship?.......talk is tough when you know there is no chance for you to back it up....typical herd bluster....signifying nothing

Except on the field where we are 12-0 against the Turds. Facts always get in the way of ignorant opinions.

We beat Louisville, who beat you.
We beat Maryland, who beat you.
We beat K State, who beat you.
They like to reminisce about almost beating Ahia State.

alright herdiots, I'm only going over this once because your season is over on October 1st anyway...

so, slow and one step at a time because processing information isn't your strong point...

These are the coaches that will cast votes.

Each coach submits a Top 25 with a first-place vote worth 25 points, second place 24, and so on down to one point for 25th.

...so, to get you started on this poll, Doc has already 'voted' the mooooooooo into 24th place by getting two votes as you can see in your precious 'others receiving votes' below.

and by October 1st, when you have ZERO 'votes', you'll understand how this poll works... because Doc will NOT have voted for his pathetic green pile of crap...

and please note that WVU currently has ZERO points/votes !

Also note RRodriguez has 'voted' Arizona as his #24 team.

and also...Memphis, Indiana & Northern Illinois are 25th on someone's list... could it be the coaches of those 3 teams are on the Amway list ? ...holy crap, they are...

I'll make it easier for you, I'll even highlight ALL the coaches who have teams on the 'others receiving votes' list... so you can see how 'self-serving' this bullshit poll is...

I attended the Marshall/Ohio State game at the 'shoe ('04 or '05), and remember Mike Nugent's long kick to win the game late, but also witnessed Ohio State's paddling of the 'eers at the 'shoe in 1988, and in Morganhole in 1998. Marshall gave Ohio State a much better game than the Fold & Blew.

You did not witness Tattoo state beat us in 1988. Either you are liar or just plain stupid.

Wanna bet ? Doc will vote for his team every week. A perfect example of how worthless the coaches poll is this -

Cool story bro, but we didn't play them in 1988.

Are you saying Marshall gave Ohio State a better game than you've given us? Congrats on not losing by much.

I remember that O$U vs VPI game not to long ago... lol ..what 2014 in Columbus ?

I have witnessed WVU beating Marshall both in Morgantown and Huntington, something Marshall has never accomplished. And, speaking of Fold & Blew, that last game in Huntington reminds me of that very quote.

I know you are a troll but please stop. You are giving me a headache. Marshall and most of their fans suck ass. Please learn your roll in the pecking order. Your ship is sinking and why don't you and your captain just go down with the ship.

Apparently you haven't seen your record in the Big XII, Ear.

You guys have a LOSING conference record and just one win above 0.500 overall.

Yet we are the ship that's sinking? Laughable is what you and your pathetically underperforming football team have been.

ok, bankrupt... who do think is going to pay your bills ?

the people of WV aren't going to back this loser much longer...

Bernie isn't going to bail you out...

Nah, I disagree.

Yes, they'll be 2-2 but they'll reel off some wins once they get into their conference schedule of opponents ranked in the 100's and the chest-thumping will resume. That will get them to 8-9 wins after the bowl and Doc will vote them around 10-15 again.

It's just the Herd way.

It's obvious you did not read or did not understand the article. Your education has failed you.
