The drought has ended. WVU has earned a spot in the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1996. The Mountaineers (34-24) have earned the No. 2 seed in the Winston-Salem Regional and will face No. 3 Maryland. The game will take place Friday at 2 p.m. WVU fell to Oklahoma State in the Big 12 semifinals this past Saturday and rank 19th in RPI.

The last time WVU and Maryland met was on April 11 in College Park. The Mountaineers lost by a score of 7-6.

I think this is a good regional for us. The drive from my house is just a tad over 4 hours. And an all sessions pass is only $78.

Vernon, will WVU being selling any single game tickets for this?

Way to go [WVU].
