For Doc, like Nehlen, the game has passed him by. The "good ole boy" system doesn't work.

Doc needs to overall his staff or go back to recruiting coordinator at a P5 program.

He is not head coaching material. That's why he spent 30-plus years in the game without an offer for head coach. Until Marshall hired him, thinking he could beat WVU.

Doc sucks....Period.
