A Dem rep on Fox claimed that the new Republican Governor must spend more money on Baltimore city schools. Chris Wallace pointed out that Baltimore spends the 3rd highest amount per pupil in the country (over $15K per student). The Dem rep wants even higher spending. Her ignorance is simply astounding, but consistent with most Dem politicians.
