I thought maybe he lost a bet to Paige because Devin has seniority and I assume otherwise could have whatever number he wants. 41 (is 4+1=5, just a coincidence?) is not a number I associate with anyone's favorite or lucky number. The only NBA guy I can think of who wore 41 was Wes Unseld but he retired long before Devin was born (although there are some similarities in their games).

I'd say there is a good argument for Kevin Jones to one day be in consideration for a jersey retirement at WVU.

Let's assume Devin Williams stays all four years (which isn't likely). He could easily compete to rank just as high as KJ in terms of jersey-retirement status............. both can't have #5 retired though
