You can measure it any way you'd prefer. Effectiveness of an individual unit, or a breakout player. You can judge by improvement over a '14 unit, or development of quality depth, or ability to help the team win key games. You might even choose to rank them based on recruiting haul or who's recruits contribute the most to the team in 2015? Doesn't really matter, just give us your best guess as to which Coach you feel has the best year for us.
Obviously if the team does well, Coach Holgs should get most of the credit, and if you feel that way O-K. However we're hoping to dig just a little deeper for which Coach really finds the best way to have his guys firing on all cylinders...who really has his unit stand out or show leadership, or who's pupils do the most consistent job helping the rest of the team collect W's?
