Well, Wednesday is when the scary Big 12 season hits the fan!

WVU, which struggled to reach 8-4 against lesser competition, will face #11 Texas Tech.

Huggins doesn’t have them ready yet.

Sags has been out hurt a long time.

Team still wants 3’s shootouts which it won’t win in the Big 12.

The Mad Scientist on the Stool has his toughest job at WVU yet.

7 p.m. Wednesday, January 2 on ESPNU.

I’ll be watching. And hoping big-time for the greatest resurrection in Mountaineer basketball history.

I had a better jump shot in high school than Jerry West.
The Lakers wanted me but I told them no.
Worse mistake in my life as I caught gonorrhea the next night and never could shoot the same again.

Not being a downer, but this team will not win more than 6 league games from what we've seen in the first 12 non-conference games. We have multiple problems that cannot be fixed this year.

1. No point guard
2. Rebounding issues
3. Lack of Hustle
4. No turnovers from press
5. Too many turnovers
6. Consistent scorer/go-to guy not there

I could go on, but hopefully we are at least enjoyable to watch by the end of the season and Tennessee doesn't absolutely destroy us.
