Pretty much never. Which is why they have to point to a subjective poll known to be manipulated for selfish interests by the voters.
In any objective measure, and on any scoreboard, they always come up short. VERY short.
It's like having a father with a landscaping company that brings home $200k a year, and his 10 year old son comes in with $5 he made from mowing old lady Thomas's yard. You just pat them on the head and say, that's nice. It's cute.
The Washington Generals have won more basketball games against the Globetrotters than Marshall has won football games against us. Not a bad analogy, really. Maybe if we played marshall 16,000 times, like the Globetrotters played the Generals, they could get a win.... nah
