It's going to be very important, and I'd say crucial for him to give 100% all the time. Because of his somewhat selfish behavior, teammates will be watching closely to see if he has not only learned his lesson, but is willing to make the sacrifices for the good of the team and to rebuild their confidence in him for the stretch run.
If they don't trust him, they won't be ready to go to war with him. He has to build that trust, and prove to them he can be a reliable force that will stand with them and not put himself above the team. You need that chemistry if you're going to make a Championship run (which this team is certainly capable of doing).
Depending on how Holton handles himself when he comes back, his suspension could be a blessing in disguise--it certainly has helped elevate the game of players like Nate, & Devin. With Holton back and going all out, it could be the difference between us being just good to very good or possibly even elite if he manages to reconnect with his teammates and buys in to the "team" concept that's developed while he's been missing.
