If Virginia and North Carolina win the Final Four will have two #1 seeds and two #2 seeds who beat #1 seeds.

As usual, when the cream rises to the top, it's the top teams that show up.

So much for this being a different March Madness.

What happened to your numerous posts about WVU winning a national title this season, and the Big 12 making all of its doubters look like fools? I'm no fan of the ACC, but I'll give the best basketball conference in America its due. Regular season RPI ratings are meaningless, but your friends in the W.Va. Media start article after article with a statement about the Big 12 being the best conference in the country. The B1G beat the ACC in the B1G/ACC challenge for the third season in a row, but winning in December is meaningless. Winning in March and early April trumps everything else. The ACC is winning when it counts. End of story.

If winning 21 games with the third youngest squad in the Nation is "failing," then God help Thad, if he ever goes 13-19!

that's true. Just imagine what he could do if he could out recruit Huggins. Especially for Ohio recruits.

Since you are an Ohio State grad who spells his school like raw fish -- tofu -- I'll excuse your IQ deficiency.

I guess I'm a bit deficient myself since #10 Syracuse broke up the royalty show for the Final Four. But there are #1, #2, #2 in it, so it's not like March had too much Madness.

I'm just glad I'm not the Vegas oddsmakers who have a couple 100K on the hook if Syracuse wins it all. Almost be worth it to see that happen, but I want Oklahoma to win it because the Sooners are in the same Big 12 club as WVU.

Stay tuned next week.

Thad Matta's teams have made the NCAA Tournament 81% of the time
Bob Huggins' teams have made the NCAA Tournament 71% of the time

You were saying?

You just proved my point........................ for osu to not be able to make the Dance with that roster.........

coaching failure.

Not at all, Keats, but thanks for admitting that Thad is a better recruiter than Bob. Thad's teams have been eligible for the NCAA Tournament 15 times, and have made it 13 times (87%). This past season was an aberration.
