What Do The QB Commitments Today for Tennessee and OSU Mean

Seems some dominoes fell today. I guess even Rich Rod got a 4 star QB today, but it's not like we are competing with Arizona for recruits (that I know of). Ohio State and Tennessee, on the other hand....
