I mean, besides the usual stuff?
I just don’t feel excited for football season. Normally at this time I’ve bought every magazine available, posted on here about 1000 times a month over the summer, and have played my 2013 edition of NCAA Football nearly every available moment. I will normally have myself believing we are going undefeated by this time and will have decided which of our players will be a Heisman candidate.
Right now, even with the new ncaa game out and the possibility of WVU being able to put together a potentially big year with new teams in the conference and a playoff bid on the line… I’m just not feeling it. I barely even think about it.
Am I just that old now that I finally crossed into old man territory where the weather is more my thing than football season?
If we beat PSU, then maybe that will fire up my blood some, but I just feel … and I hate to use the word… apathetic.
