--West Virginia head coach Neal Brown believes that Iowa State is just consistent. On defense they don’t give any easy yards to opponents and quarterback Brock Purdy and running back Breece Hall are playing very well on the offensive side of things. The way they use their tight ends is unique as well and creates challenges especially with how many they have available to them.
--The Oklahoma postponement was disappointing but the hope is to play that game on Dec. 12.
--When it comes to improvement down the stretch, they have to take care of the football, establish the run and stop the run on defense. They’re in a good position health wise and will be close to full strength heading into the Iowa State game as long as testing goes well.
