--The first weekend of official visitors is upon us which means it's a good time to take a look at where the Mountaineers are in the 2025 class as well as take a look at each of the expected official visitors on a case-by-case basis. West Virginia is up to seven commitments in the 2025 group and is expected to host four of those this coming weekend.
--Remember, while commitments are likely on deck, don't get discouraged if they don't happen immediately. With unlimited official visits, most of these kids really want to take a few trips prior to making a college decision and as you saw last year there were several targets that went other places and ended up in the class. The key is getting them to campus and this will be the first of three major official visit weekends this summer to do that. The Mountaineers will host this weekend, the June 7-9 and then June 21-23. It's safe to say that you can expect a bulk of the class to come from this group of visitors as usual.
