With both College and Pro football schedules dwindling down to the final few games, here's a wrap up of this (long) weekend of activity.
It all starts on Saturday, 1/7 at Noon with the FCS Championship Game on ESPN2. Youngstown State and James Madison meet for the FCS crown at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, TX.
The Pros take over for Wild Card Weekend Saturday afternoon at 4:35 pm on ESPN when the Oakland Raiders meet the Houston Texans for the AFC match up. Later at 8:15 pm on NBC the Detroit Lions play the Seattle Seahawks in the NFC.
Then on Sunday, 1/8 the Miami Dolphins invade snowy & cold Heinz Field to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1:05 pm on CBS in the AFC. Later at 4:40 pm the NY Giants take on the Green Bay Packers on the frozen tundra of Lambeau Field on FOX in the NFC.
The final game of the College Football season takes place on Monday, 1/9 at 8:00 pm in Tampa, FL when the Alabama Crimson Tide face the Clemson Tigers for all the marbles on ESPN. After that your CFB fix will have to wait until September.
