The relevance of this program is in dire straits. The visibility of the University is suffering. (And I am NEVER one to put the function of the athletic program above the purpose of the institution. Ask anyone who knows me.)
This needs to be put together before the interviews begin.
The process of spelling out a roadmap and coaching search can happen concurrently.
But we CANNOT simply just throw more shit against the wall and hope it sticks.
