West Virginia is working on putting together the final pieces of the 2016 recruiting class but the Mountaineers are strongly in the mix for a potential transfer prospect that would be eligible immediately this fall. Illinois linebacker transfer T.J. Neal told me that he definitely has interest in West Virginia and has set an official visit to check out the program Feb. 9. As of right now it is the only official visit set for Neal, who is receiving a lot of interest. Neal is originally from McKeesport (Pa.) and was a two-year starter for the Illinois and finished last season with over 100 tackles.
