Moving older user info from the previous billing system to the new one has cause some problems. Just a few minutes before you posted this I had one with the same problem. His started working about an hour after he signed up. I'm still trying to figure out why you're having trouble because everything looks right on this end. If I can't get it working I'll have our tech guys get you fixed up.Still nothing
