Point Pleasant (W.Va.) 2017 offensive lineman Seth Stewart is already committed to Marshall when it comes to in-state products and today the Thundering Herd offered two more in-state targets at offensive line in Huntington (W.Va.) Spring Valley 2017 offensive lineman Riley Locklear and Huntington (W.Va.) 2017 offensive lineman Billy Ross. Both of those linemen have interest in West Virginia and it will be interesting to see how the Mountaineers pursue here or if they elect to take visits to Morgantown this spring. Locklear told me he also is receiving interest from Purdue and Vanderbilt.
