My audio was clear and strong. No problem. There are times and some coaches when I cannot get enough volume and turn it off, but not on this one.

Well then maybe it was my internet and I appreciate your response. anyone who has ever run a business knows that customer feedback is crucial and that is all I was trying to do...let Vernon and staff know that there might have been a problem so that they could fix it.
