I can't stand Alex Jones but there's no way he should've been taken off of Twitter and if you recall it was banned from other social media sites at the same time. The most power tech companies got together and just decided to de-person someone. It's scary. And as offensive as the stuff Alex Jones spouts is, it's way more offensive, and dangerous, for Big Tech to decide who does and does not get to speak.
Well stated. I used to hear all these crazy takes on stuff he allegedly said and I'd think to myself "no one can be that imbalanced".
It wasn't until I spent some time myself listening to what he actually says that I began to see how wildly exaggerated his criticisms were. I still don't agree with or accept everything he says, however just as you perfectly stated, he has every right to at least be heard.
The beauty of free speech is the freedom to reject voices you do not agree with. That carries responsibility on the part of those listening as well as those speaking, but it also requires allowing everyone the freedom to exercise their responsibility without being controlled.

Thats one of the "crazy" things I heard he said. I've listened to his explanations of that and he didn't say that. Like everything else the Left does, they lied. Trump didn't lead an "insurrection" on Jan 6th either...(that's another lie from the Left)
He also said the covid plandemic was a hoax, that the Obama/Biden DOJ was responsible for the Russia collusion story, that Jan 6th was a set up and the Left is deliberately allowing our nation to be flooded with illegals.
I agree with you he should never have been kicked off Twitter, but the reason he was isn't because he tells "lies", it's because he's effective exposing the Truth.
