TOSU and Tony.......if the Redlegs

The Reds hit .212 as a team, which is historically awful. If they somehow sneak past the Atlanta Cowards, then they will be exposed in the next round. Atlanta has a far better offensive club than Cincinnati, but does have to face the Reds' best three starting pitchers, if the series lasts that long, so the Reds have a puncher's chance in this round. The next round is a three-out-of-five format, and there ain't no way that the Reds will advance past that round. This is what realism looks like, Snow Sled. Take notes, and apply this to your evaluation of 'em 'Eers.

I will toast their success with a cold brew and pizza which my WVU trained doctor ( share the pop tax) tells me to stop eating! But my pal tOSU analysis is probably correct , we don't hit enough to go too far.

Put a fork in Joey Votto, as he's done. He's stealing a lot of money from the Reds now, and should have the decency to retire next month. He blew the Reds only chance of manufacturing a run when he weakly grounded to Freddy Freeman with runners on the corners, and nobody out, then kicked an easy ground ball, and struck out with Senzel on second base and two outs. Now, we're left to wait for somebody to hit a home run, which may not happen until tomorrow, if at all.

This tilt has a 1-0 loss written all over it! Wasted pitching performance! Why the hell is Bell not playing Galvis at SS opting for a utility player instead. Hope I'm wrong and we can win 1-0!

Dumb Bell takes Trevor Bauer out of the game with a shut out and nobody on base with two outs in the 8th inning...why?

if indeed some of the pop tax is finding it's way to cabell huntington hospital it is the greatest tax payer ripoff ever......that place sucks plain and simple

Reds choked when they couldn't get a run across the plate in the top half of the 11th. 1st and 3rd, with nobody out, and three straight batters struck out.

You must have missed the first inning when the impotent Reds first had runners on first and third with no outs, but scored no runs. That was even worse because the Reds blew up their bull pen in a game that they would have won in regulation, had they scored one stinkin' run.

5 innings in to today's tilt and we still haven't plated a run!

And, left the bases loaded...again. Blue behind the plate is calling everything above the shoelaces a strike, which doesn't help the offense today.

Beyond frustrating isn't it....hope Nephew and Daddy Bell are watching!

21 innings, and never scored in the two game series.
Actually, 22 scoreless innings by the Deads, but who's counting? I hope this means that Dumb Bell gets canned sooner rather than later, but I'm afraid that we're stuck with this idiot for at least another season.

.....not with Buddy and the Nephew calling the shots! Makes me sad because I liked Buddy Bell as a player but son David just tries to prove what a sabermetric genius he is by making puzzling moves. I mean playing that at best utility player at SS in the opening game. who left multiple men on base. But I don't blame Framer , I blame Dumb Bell as you've tagged him!
