It's Tuesdays game that will tell us what WVU is really about. Lose Tuesday at Iowa State like we did today and it might be time for some to lower expectations a bit. Bounce back and win at Iowa State without Holton and sky's the limit.
The only thing today's game proved to anybody (after looking at the team stats) was WVU played well enough to win and would have IF Florida doesn't shoot 60% from 3 and WVU doesn't turn the ball over 18 times.
Stats don't lie and 18 turnovers for WVU (highly uncharacteristic) and 60% from 3 for Florida (highly uncharacteristic) were the difference in the game. Oh and the fact WVU was without Holton's double double.
Honestly WVU could lose the next 3 and it still would only prove WVU needs Holton if they have a shot at winning it all.
